01. Execution Standards
By engaging with FikriNames, you agree to adhere to our professional acquisition standards. Every transaction is a legally binding commitment to acquire or secure a digital asset under the terms negotiated during the consultation phase. We prioritize speed, security, and market-fairness in all our execution protocols.
02. Escrow & Capital Protection
To ensure total capital protection for both parties, all high-value domain transfers are conducted through authorized tertiary escrow services. You agree to:
- Platform Selection: Utilize Afternic, Sedo, or Atom as the designated escrow agent unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Fund Verification: Complete payment verification within the timeframe specified in the purchase agreement.
- Asset Acceptance: Provide timely technical confirmation once the asset has been pushed or transferred to your designated registrar.
03. Intellectual Property Integrity
While FikriNames conducts thorough "Linguistic Purity" and "Heritage" audits, the final responsibility for trademark clearance rests with the buyer. A domain name is a piece of digital real estate; its suitability for a specific commercial use should be validated by your own legal counsel.
04. Brokerage & Representation
Our Stealth Acquisition and Portfolio representation services are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee the success of a specific negotiation but commit to utilizing our full market leverage and 8+ years of expertise to achieve your stated objective.
05. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FikriNames be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a digital asset. The maximum liability in any professional dispute shall not exceed the advisory fee paid for the specific transaction in question.
06. Asset Finality & Refund Policy
Due to the unique, non-fungible nature of digital assets (domain names), all successful technical transfers are final and non-reversible. Once an asset has been successfully pushed to a client's registrar account or transferred via Auth-Code, the transaction is considered executed. No refunds, partial or full, are issued post-transfer.
07. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any resulting professional engagements are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FikriNames operates. Any disputes arising from asset acquisitions or advisory services shall be resolved through professional mediation before proceeding to formal legal channels.
08. Indemnification & Liability Shields
Clients agree to indemnify and hold FikriNames harmless from any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from a breach of these terms or any disputes involving third-party trademarks, copyrights, or branding conflicts identified post-acquisition. We operate as an advisory and brokerage entity, not a law firm.
